At Mommies Bakery, we take immense pride in the quality and freshness of our products. Due to the perishable nature of our goods, we have a strict policy in place.
1. Order Cancellation:
You may cancel your order for a full refund if you contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery/pickup time and it is cancelable on requested order if you contact us at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery/pickup time
Cancellations requested less than 24 hours before delivery cannot be accommodated, as preparation would have already begun.
2. Returns & Refunds:
Perishable Nature: As our products are handmade and perishable food items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds based on a change of mind or personal preference.
Quality Issues: Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or poor-quality item, please notify us immediately (within 2 hours of delivery) by emailing support@mommiesbakery.in with your order number and photos of the issue.
We will investigate and, if the issue is verified, offer a replacement, credit for a future order, or a partial/full refund at our discretion.
3. Delivery Issues:
If your order is significantly delayed due to an error on our part and the quality is compromised, please contact us for a resolution.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address. We are not liable for orders that are not delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
4. Refund Processing:
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account will depend on your bank or payment provider’s policies.
