Yes! We offer self-pickup from our bakery at 12A, Palm Avenue, Kolkata, West Bengal – 700019. Please select the “Pickup” option at checkout. You will receive a confirmation SMS/email when your order is ready.
Since we use fresh ingredients without artificial preservatives, our cakes are best enjoyed fresh. We recommend consuming them within 24 hours of delivery when stored in a cool, dry place. Cakes with cream cheese or fresh fruit fillings should be refrigerated and consumed sooner.

We deliver between [e.g., 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM], 7 days a week. You can select your preferred 2-hour delivery slot during checkout. For specific time requests (e.g., for a party), please mention it in the “Order Notes” and we will do our best to accommodate it.
We offer same day cake delivery for orders placed before [e.g., 2:00 PM], subject to product availability. Orders placed after this time will be scheduled for the next day.

We take extreme care in packaging, but sometimes accidents happen during transit. Please take a picture of the damaged product and the packaging and email us right away at support@mommiesbakery.in with your order number. We will address the issue promptly.
